do you have a diagram of where all the vacuum hoses go on my vehicle?

There are multiple diagrams in the manufacturer's service manual, depending on the optional equipment you have. The correct diagram is on the emissions sticker under the hood. On Chrysler products that sticker is near the hood latch.
