Vacuum hose placement behind the engine

I have a vacuum hose loose from behind the motor of my truck and cannot see where it hooks up at. I need a diagram that shows me where it goes to see if I need a special tool to hook it back up.

If it is the hose I am thinking of it goes to the PCV valve at the rear of the engine. Can you please send me a picture of what you are talking about? In the mean time hear are diagrams I found of the vacuum lines.
