Vacuum hose diagram

I need to know what kind of hoses are broken. There is one hose that runs along the top side of the fire wall. It looks like it has a splitter at the end but not sure if it was a mistake. It is connected to what looks like a vacuum valve(?) which that is connected to the EVAP system.


If someone could please tell me or post a picture I would greatly appreciate it.

The diagram on the left is the dual overhead cam and the one on the right is for the single cam engine.Let me know what you find also posting some pictures of what you got going with those goes would really help.
