Can I get a vacuum hose diagram?

All hoses have rotted away. I also need help with the camshaft positioning sensor. What are the ohms of resistance supposed to be for a good sensor?

Hi,

I've gone through two manuals and the only schematic they offer for this vehicle is for the HVAC system. I attached it below but doubt that is what you need.

If you can let me know a specific component that you need vacuum hose info on, I may be able to find it that way, so let me know.
