Green Key not showing up on dash

This happens when the key is not recognized by the car. Can you try the spare key to see what happens? Please let us know what happens.

I have one other key that opens the door but its not a chip key and it doesn't turn the ignition the key that I use for the ignition is a chip key but it doesn't fit into the door

Okay, lets check the system fuses # 6, #9 (underhood) # 17, #10, #15, #2 (interior) first here is a guide to help you check for power at the fuses along with the wiring diagrams for the system so you can see how it works and the fuse locations as well.
