two front Airconditioning vents not working

I have Mitsubishi Galant 2000, the front 2 air conditioning vents are not working and blowing no air, while 2 side vents are working and blowing cool air. Also I can hear the fan is working.Please help

check for blockages first then check motor in pic it may not be working all the way open causing it. also if anything is cable controlled check that as well as it may not be opening doors either. see pics
