Turns signals in mirrors not working

Turn signal bulbs are good (light up when putting emergency flasher and when locking/unlocking car) they just do not work when the turn signal is activated.. What can I do?

It sounds like the BCM is out. here is the location and how you replace it in the diagrams below. Also I have included the wiring diagrams for the lighting system as well so you can see how the system works.
