My engine is turning over but will not start up?

I have a 95 chevy blazer 4x4 it turns over but it wont start so me and my dad checked to see if it was firing it wasnt so we replaced the ignition switch and the computer. we dont know what else it can be so if any body knows what it is can you tell me please thank you.

This sounds like a fuel pump or the ignition module has gone out. When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?
