I'm not honestly too sure on the year or mileage, it’s not my truck. When I make a turn into a parking lot or spot it feels like my back wheels are catching on something. What could this be? It’s my grandma’s truck. It’s fine on wider turns but just seems to be those maybe sharper turns.

What you're describing is common with "locking" rear axles. The clutch plates are grabbing too hard, then breaking free, then grabbing again. At some point the rear gear lube was replaced, but an additive wasn't included. Visit the dealer's parts department for a small bottle of "whale oil". If you just tell them what's happening, they'll hand you the bottle right away.
