The switch doesn't operate correctly. Need to know how to access it for replacement.

Hi,
To replace the multifunction switch, you will need to remove the plastic shroud on the steering column.
I attached the directions below. I did start with the shroud replacement steps. These are only to help you remove and reinstall your shroud.
The switch replacement is included after the shroud information.

See pics below. Note: You do not need to remove the steering wheel. However, I recommend having the battery disconnected for approximately 30 minutes prior to working around the airbag system.
