when ever I use my signals I get bout 1 minute and the fuses burns up. I was told by a mechanic I need a new wiper switch then a day later my turn signals stopped working looked in fuse box fuses was blown put new one in then a minute later yet again fuse blow. Replaced it with a circuit reset fuse and managed to make it home.
I have investigated possibility of relays yet electrical is not my expertise. mechanical I'm good;i can figure it out fast. electrical become the issue. I am guessing it may be as simple as a wire or a relay that may not be functioning properly but I don't know.

sounds like there is a dead short. check the wires going to the signal light socket and also check the wires going to the wiper. I don't think they are on the same fuse but somewhere the wires are bare and rubbing or the contacts in the signal lights. But it does sound like a short somewhere. you might have to do a little loking but eliminate one thing at a time.

I have looked at the wiring diagrams and it is foreign to me. how do I go about testing the wired with a multi-meter ? I just bought one have no clue how id use it for the wires though?

check where the wiper switch is. check the wires. if one is in doubt I would put a piece of tape around it so it does not short out if that is the wire. quess there has to be a frayed wire or partly grounded wire under the dash or on the steering column. Move the wires around as much as possible so no wire is rubbing against the frame. The temp guage works off of a impulse circuit. the warmer the engine the higher the temp will go up similuar to a grounded wire. check around the exhaust and see if a wire is touching the exhaust.

so after analyzing this a co-worker suggested I check the radio that was installed in august, so , I did. I found that original stereo had two grounds.one connected wrong. my ground was in wrong spot speaker wire where flipped I had a my rear speakers one connected correctly second was wire in front speaker with negative and positive backwards.it was the same with rear. I called the place that installed it and told them they did it wrong their response of course was that they didn't. but I re installed it using the mapping from original port and new radio.my signals are working and window washer pump noticed before I did this that when I turned on signals with heater blowing my engine and the heater lost power. these idiots had the power to the stereo running to my BCM fuse. so relocated to my cig lighter since I don't use that.
now I know just install a radio myself rather then pay people to install it.
