Turn signals sometimes work sometimes don't but push hazard switch a couple times and they start working. Cruise controls works when it wants. Any ideas? Switch, flasher. When they work all bulbs and fuses function properly.

just want to share idea with regards to this problem, There might be a loose connection on wire terminals from battery to Hazzard/Signal Fuse or after the fuse going to the flasher relay. check for loose fuse socket and tighten and also for corroded wires and terminals or partially open wires. if only one side signal is in trouble, check for proper light grounding. I hope it could help

These are two separate problems, please start a new question for the cruise control problem. The problem with the blinkers is the turn signal flasher here is the location in the images below so you can change it out.

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the LH instrument panel (IP) insulator.
2. Remove the steering column tiller panel.
3. Grasp the hazard and turn signal flasher and slide the flasher to the right to release the flasher tabs from the slots on the BCM bracket.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the hazard and turn signal flasher.

Installation Procedure

1. Connect the electrical connector to the hazard and turn signal flasher.
2. Position the flasher to the BCM bracket, then slide the flasher to the left to secure the flasher tabs into the retaining slots on the bracket.
3. Install the steering column filler panel.
4. Install the LH IP insulator.

Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
