Hello,
This lighting system is controlled by the TIPM which has 8 fuses that run the system. Lets check the fuses first here is a guide to help with the turn signal wiring diagrams with the fuse locations and to see how the system works as well, if everything looks okay the TIPM is out which is common but they are easy to replace because they self initialize.
