Turn signal switch

Good morning,

Try disconnecting the turn signal switch connector at the bottom of the steering column and see if the fuse still fails.

if it does, then it is a wiring harness issue.

if it does not, the the switch or wiring is bad in the column.

I attached a diagram of the fuse, which I think is the one you are referring to, and what it controls.
