Turn signal problem?

The wife called and said her cars turn signal was acting up. When she turns her blinker on it won’t shut off automatically, when she turns without her signal, it just makes the click sound like it’s turning the signal off. See attached 2 videos. Thank you

Thanks for the video. Yep, the turn signal switch cancellation tab has broken off, you need a new switch. here is the part I am talking about. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
