Turn signal light diode

Please help! Where can I find the replacement? The previous owner removed it for some reason. My turn signals do not work none of my gauges and windows will not roll up or down.

It is near the left kick panel. (Driver's side near where your left foot would sit.)

Take a look at picture 1.
