Turn signal light

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com.

Since it stays on with the key off, that tells me there is a short to power. The short is most likely in the switch itself or along the steering column.

First, is the vehicle still under the manufacturer's 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty?
