Aftermarket GM style column ( with hazards and turn signals ).
One of the shops doing work broke the hazard switch , so I'm thinking that's the root of my problem.
I have power at all times through every circuit coming out of the column connector - I know I should have 2 hot coming in , but the other 4 ( 2 front signals and 2 rear signals , brakes ) are also always hot - and I know they should only be hot when switched on.
Did the guy that broke the hazard switch damage the inside turn signal mechanism , and fuse it all hot ??
Thanks in advance for any help.
