Turn signal/hazard light (project vehicle)

I am working on a project vehicle. I just rewired the entire vehicle with an ez GM wiring harness. I also have a new aftermarket gm steering column. Everything works except the left front turn signal and the left front hazard light. Headlights, tail lights, parking lights , stop lights all work fine. Hazard lights all work except the left front hazard/turn signal. All turn signal lights work except the left front. I have put all new bulbs in and still have the problem. When I check the plug that comes from the turn signal switch, I have power going to all circuits except the left front turn signal circuit.. Why is the left front parking light working and not the left front turn signal and left front hazard light?
