Turn signal flasher module location

I've watched videos on YouTube, that indicate my flasher module is up under the steering column. To my surprise, nothing is there. I have hazards, but no turn signals, either sides. please help me by telling me where it is located. Thank you

Hello, I'm Danny.

Your turn signal flasher is located in the convenience center which is mounted on the left side up under the dash. It will be to the left side of the steering column. I've attached two pictures of what is looks like.The picture of the flasher is the new replacement. Your original might look like a round silver canister. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Danny, I've replaced that one, just in case. Still didn't help.

Suspect turn signal switch at fault. Do you have DVOM or test light? can instruct on diagnose.
