Where is the turn signal flasher relay located?

I'm trying to change all light bulbs in my car to LEDs in order to prevent draining the battery. i was told about hyper flash issues with turn signals. load resistors are going to create heat which makes LEDs pointless. but I'm assuming changing flasher relay might work.

does anyone know flasher relay location for my car?
