Where is the turn signal flasher relay located?

Turn signals stopped working. The lights illuminate, but do not flash, so it doesn't appear to be any bulbs. I can't seem to locate the flasher relay.

The flasher is up under the left side of the dash. There is one to the right of the steering column support, that is the 4way flasher. The turn signal flasher is on the other side of the support stuck to the firewall.
