Where is the Turn Signal Flasher or Relay located?

There is no flasher relay on that vehicle, it is all controlled through the body control module. The only way to correct that issue would be to add resistors at each light to bring the load up to equal the original incandescent bulbs.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Unfortunately, most vehicles are that way now. When you try out a car and hear the "click" of a flasher, it's really coming out of the speakers! Ford and others are taking that to the extreme though, they pipe in high performance engine sounds on vehicles with 3 and 4 cylinder engines.
