turn signals and rear parking lights do not work

turn signal and rear parking lights do not work. We have replaced bulbs and control in steering column.

check for a bad flasher for turn signals and ground for taillights which is lower front of engine or broken wire going to ground for taillights. it can also be a multi function switch that is bad. turn signal relay is below dash right of steering column.
