Where are the turn signal and hazard flashers located?

Hello,

The combination turn signal/hazard flasher is located to the right-hand side of steering column opening reinforcement, mounted on a bracket.

Unfortunately, I don't have a diagram that I can upload.

Please let me know if you are able to locate it.
