What are the possible causes of the turbo vacuum pipe snapping off where it has been placed?

Note: It lead to loss of pressure and turbo not being able to give off any power.

Issue has been resolved now I just have suspicion that the cause was not of wear a tear in that area.

The main reasons things break is because they are not supported correctly. Can you double check to make sure all support bolts and brackets are good?

Yes, all support brackets are all in place and are good. So other than that could there be another possible cause?

I would check the engine mounts by opening the hood and watching the engine when you rev it in neutral. Excessive movement will cause these parts to break as well.
