The turbo sounds normal at idle but when you give it a little gas and get the rpms around 2000 it will screech.

Good morning.
It sounds like your turbo is failing from lack of oil. Remove the inlet line to the turbo and turn it by hand and see if it still makes the noise. check for play back and forth and up and down.
You will need to replace the turbo unit.
