I replace the fuel filter, air filter, fuel pressure regulator, vehicle speed control switch, spark plugs and wires. It still has a misfire and I have an rumbling in transmission I also replaced the oil pressure sending switch. so what should I do?

scan for codes first and then check compression and check plug wires also check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it then get back to us. see pics and link.
