What all needs to be replaced for a tune up?

engine is rough on acceleration. Idles fine but especially on hard acceleration it hesitates a lot. I had a mechanic do a tune up and replace belts and hoses at 100,000 miles and just did the hoses and belts again. Thanks much.

Hello,

Typically, on a tune up you will have to change the spark plugs, wires, air filter, fuel filter. Clean out the throttle body, idle air control motor also clean the mass air flow sensor.
