Trying to get the best most cheapest way to give my car a tune-up

My car will start up and then it would die after two days. had it for five years never gave it a tune-up, but I did do oil changes air filters and everything else. what would be the best option in the best products with the best price?

check auto parts for that we do not price parts, but with mileage you should replace wires, plugs and filters.
