I am trying to figure out what line is the transmission cooler return line from the radiator.

I would like to add an auxiliary transmission cooler and hook to the line returning
from the radiator to the transmission.

I want the oil to flow to the aux cooler
after flowing through the radiator

I believe this is the 42rle transmission.

Hi,

If you look at the side of the transmission where the cooling lines are located (passenger side) you'll see two steel cooling lines, one above the other.

The one on the top is the supply to the radiator and the bottom one is the return from the radiator.

Take a look at the attached pic.

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
