Trunk will not open

Trunk won't open using inside latch next to driver's seat. I may be blind, but i see no way to open it from outside. What is involved/the fix-and, would any repair shop make the fix, or must I go to a dealer? Thanks in advance.

More than likely there is a lock cylinder behind a badge or cover of some sort. I am not aware of any Kia's that don't have a cylinder on the truck, so we just need to find it.

Can you get a picture of the trunk, and we will make sure your vehicle matches what I am seeing in the manual.
