Trunk lift support replacement

Hello, I saw your answer to replacing Infinity M trunk lift support. It is recommended removing the seat. Your friend at Infiniti has a tricky way of removing the support behind the seat. Can you tell me the trick. I have a the car listed above and I do not have all the tools or knowledge to remove and replace the seat cushion and back. Thank you.
