5A fuse for my trunk keeps blowing?

The 5A fuse for my trunk keeps blowing and it’ll be good for about a week, then it’ll blow again. Now I’m also having trouble closing the trunk. What keeps causing the fuse to blow and why am I just now having a problem with closing the trunk?
