truck stopped running

Was driving truck running fine just died replaced fuel pump and filter plugs distributor cap and rotor timming chain crank sensor still will not start and still backfires through exhaust

scan for codes and wiggle test crank sensor, also pull it out and see if any sludge on end of sensor. see if any movement in rotor under dist cap there should be none it may have worn the gear down on dist if there is any movement.

check fuses under hood and a different key the diode in key may be bad. fuel pressure should be 60-66 psi

Seem like there is alot of back pressure but has no catalytic converter

what was fuel pressure?
also check fuses under hood then check crank sensor in timing cover sometimes with a lot of sludge on them it won't work right. is this getting spark or fuel or both?
