No crank no start?

2 weeks ago, my truck came to a halt at a set of lights, my dash lights erratically flashed and i tried to start the truck.it would not turnover at all, the battery acted like it was dead, would not turn over no lights of any kind. Called a tow truck and he came to me to tow it home and tried a jump start it fired up so i drove it home. The next morning went out to start it and the whole unit was dead .checked the battery it registered nothing, so i put my battery charger on it for 14 hours ,then i tried to fire it up .it turned over once then went dead again .put the volt meter on it an showed 10.4 v .so i contacted the service place i bought the battery from they came out the next to check it out as i had a 30 month free replacement warranty. They took it for 2 days then came back with a brand new fully charged battery installed it and we tried it out, the engine turned over easily but would not fire, we tried this about 8 times and still nothing, i checked all the related fuses none were blown it would turn over but would not fire up. I don't have a code reader so i need help to try whatever i need to fix next or look for what i need to repair. Today is the 20th of Oct. And i tried it again at 10:00 AM, it will turn over but not fire. Can you help please? My name is Grant, i need to try something before i take it in to the Honda dealer.
