Truck shakes while driving?

Hi,

Has the check engine light turned on? Also, was it flashing at any point? Usually, an engine fault or misfire will be felt throughout the vehicle. However, the steering wheel is usually not affected.

Does this happen when the engine is cold as well, and you just start driving it?

No, the check engine light hasn't come on. I drove it yesterday and it got me where I needed to go but it still shakes some. When I go to take off I noticed when the overdrive is off and if I give it gas it doesn't shake bad and when I get to a higher speed I'll turn the overdrive on but if I don't stay at that higher speed it will start to shake again so I turn the overdrive back off so it doesn't shake so bad. And when it idles it sputters but never shuts off. Thank you for your speedy response.

And when it shakes it's the entire vehicle just in case that helps you and thank you again.

Based on what you described, it sounds like it could be related to the torque or low line pressure. I know the transmission coolers are known to plug.

I attached a test below. Let me know if this is something you are comfortable performing.
