The engine will turn on but the A/C nor the infotainment system will not?

So, I just replaced the drained battery on my truck and after installing the new one, the engine will turn on but the A/C nor the infotainment system will not, nor will it let me switch gears. I have never had this issue before, any guesses?? I have read that there is some reset that Toyota requires.

The first thing I would do is check the fuses, here is a guide to help and the fuse locations:

It turned out to be the 140A relay fuse next to the engine bay. After replacing that, the power locks on the doors were not working and I found that a 5-amp fuse under the dash to be blown that stood for “MXP-B” and a few engine light codes came up after scanning the truck. After replacing that fuse, the door locks work perfectly and two check engine lights went away except for this one, know what it means?
