Truck hard to start?

Truck is hard to start I’ve replaced
-Ignition coil
-Ignition control module
-Plugs
-Wires
-Distributor cap
-Rotor button
-Rebuilt the throttle body
-idle air sensor
-fuel pump and filter
-fuel pump relay
- oil pressure relay
Truck runs great just hard to start even when you turn it off it’s hard to start back but I can stall it out and make it die and it will fire straight back up as long as I don’t turn key off. When I turn the key on it’s like injectors are delayed in spraying, but I can cycle my key a few times and it will crank.

Hi,

Have you checked the fuel pressure regulator? Pressure could be too high or too low.

Also, if you haven't already, I recommend checking to see if there are diagnostic trouble codes stored. This has an OBD1 system, so you don't need a scan tool. All you need is a short jumper wire or even a paper clip. Follow the directions in this link and let me know if you find any codes:

The idea that if you turn the key off and back on, it becomes hard to start makes me think it is losing line pressure. Do me a favor. Remove the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator and see if there is any evidence of fuel in the hose.
