Trouble finding the transmission cooler line replacement part?

I have the vehicle listed above with the 4.0l SOHC and it comes with the 5R55S transmission. I have been looking to get a replacement transmission cooler line since the crimp fitting on the end of the line going into the left side of the radiator is cracked and I want to replace the line before it starts to leak. However, all the replacement lines I can find do not replace this particular line, replacements being for 6R60 transmissions. I am just wondering if anybody knows where I can look for a correct replacement, images provided. I could cut off the crimp and replace it with two hose clamps after flaring the end, but I would prefer an actual replacement as it's a high-pressure line. Photos provided you can see the cracked and corroded crimp on the second picture.
