Hi James,

I think you had an issue of high idle and you found vacuum lines unhooked?

If so, these DTCs are for Bank 1 and 2 system lean at idle.

If you still have a high idle, then I suspect you still have a vacuum leak somewhere. Here is a guide that will help diagnose in the event of a vacuum leak.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-an-engine-vacuum-gauge

If it is not a vacuum leak there is a chance that it is low fuel pressure but with your high idle and history of already finding a vacuum leak, I would start with that.

The only other things that cause these codes are your upstream o2 sensors or your EVAP system has an air leak. However, if these were the case most likely you would have other codes to go along with it.

Is there an issue with the car today or did you just find these codes? The reason I ask is, you may have fixed the issue when you found the other vacuum leak and these codes where set as a result of that and not a current issue.

Thanks
