Trouble codes PO446 and PO453

I attached the diagram for these codes. I would suggest following the P0453 first and seeing if that fixes both. If not, then you can perform the other which should take care of it.

Checked voltage read 4.7. is that good?

I assume you measured on the fuel tank pressure sensor and got 4.7 volts? If this is the case then you need to move onto step HX20. I highlighted what you need because you don't have the codes mentioned so you need to proceed and measure resistance on the harness from the PCM to the FTPS.
