Codes P0730 and P0780

I'm getting two trouble codes from car listed above. They are P0730 and P0780.
I need to know how to fix the cause of the problems and resolve these codes.

Hello,

The codes:
P0730: Problem in Shift Control System

P0780: Mechanical Problem in Hydraulic Control System of Shift Solenoid Valve A and A/T Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid Valves A and B. or Problem in Hydraulic Control System

These could get triggered due to faulty shift solenoids or pressure control solenoids inside the transmission.
So, it could require the replacement of those components.
