Trouble Code P1451 EVAP System Canister Vent Solenoid Circuit Malfunction

I have a P1451 Code Canister Vent solenoid problem, basically I have found the part but I have no idea where in my van that it goes. Some sites are saying its under the car above the muffler, others place it under the rear door on the drivers side. Where is it located?

It looks like it is under the car here is a diagram that shows all the EVAP components and their location. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
