Changed the ignition barrel and key, now car tries to start but wont. Checked all wiring, battery, fuel, fuses, pretty much every thing.

This sounds like a theft issue as the PCM needs to get the authorized signal to start the engine.
We need to start with checking for codes as this normally tells us what the issue is with a code.

We do not have a manual on this vehicle so we can't look up specifics but with what this is doing and all you changed was the ignition then that makes us look towards the theft system.
