Truck has started to tremble as check engine light flashes on and off. Also the service stabilitrac, service tire monitor system, service traction control messages pop up at the same time. Just did a oil change and also changed spark plugs. Auto shop computer read misfire cylinder four before we changed the spark plugs. Do you think the error messages could be from same problem?

Hello, I am Danny.

A huge trembling is actually due to a engine misfire. Is the engine still running poorly? However, Stabilitrac, and TPMS issues are separate codes that are stored in your trucks computer just as the engine misfire. I would suggest having the trouble codes rechecked and give us as much information as possible to help us diagnose these problems. If you do not have access to a code reader/scanner your local auto parts stores can do it for free. I have attached a tutorial showing what is involved with Check Engine Light. Get back to us with the code numbers and we will be happy to help. Thanks for using 2CarPros.

These are the codes. The truck is now throwing white smoke from the exhaust. We changed a fuel injector #4 also but no change.

Hello,

Let's remove the #4 spark plug to see what it looks like and to see if there is coolant present it sounds like you have a blown head gasket. Here are two guides to help us.

If the spark plug looks new with no color it has been blown clean by the coolant.

and

Please run down these guides and report back.
