so I thought I had lost the fob to my vehicle, it is the Premium model. So I went and had two separate locksmiths come out and attempt to reprogram two new key fob's with no luck. I looked everywhere and finally found the misplaced, original, key fob. Now that I have found the original fob I attempted to use this key fob to at least start the car up until this point I had not been able to drive the car. But now even the original is not working. Is it the transmitter pocket itself (a sensor that is not allowing to program the keys) that is not working? Or something else?

From the description I would say it is probably something to do with the receiver. I would get it to the dealer and have them see if they can program it using the scan tool. If they have no luck they can test the system to see what is not working.
The battery is still okay correct? A drained or low battery can cause the security system to activate.

Yes, there is a brand new battery in the car. So the receiver would be what is missing up on the item, you think. I would love to get it to a the Cadillac dealer but, again, can not move car. Wondering if they would come out to check it.

I suspect the attempt to program the other fobs may have "confused" the system or the system just refused to accept the replacements. The dealer should be able to reset the system or at least pinpoint where the failure is. Most places will send a flat-bed out to retrieve "dead" cars, but they generally do not make house-calls.
