I have a 2004 Saturn redline AWD, 3.5L/MJ8 TRANSMISSION.
I was using a scan tool, looking at my transmission parameters and it showed high resistance numbers.
TCC Pressure control solenoid, actual current 154
Clutch pressure control solenoid 1 actual current 154
Clutch pressure control solenoid 2 actual current 973
There are no DTC’s transmission codes and have not had any. As far as I can tell, the transmission has been operating normally since I’ve been driving the car for the last 25k miles.
I’m just curious if that’s something you need to replace the transmission at some point or if there’s anything to do here again, I’ve never thrown a DTC on the transmission.

Those are not resistance, they are the current that triggers the solenoids in milliamps. So 154 mA for the converter clutch (activates the lock up by opening the valve) The other 2 are for pressure regulation and control the fluid to the valve body and the clutch packs. The lower draw is a simple on and off unit. The other is a PWM controlled device and has a different winding because of that. In short those numbers are normal.
