Codes P0700, P0733, and P0734, Transmission shift solenoid?

Yep, I agree with you that you may have a defective solenoid pack, but I would double check the wiring connector to see if it is clean and tight. Also, It could be the turbine sensor is off and causing this issue.

Everything was torqued down to specs, do you think there’s a possibility that because it was a new solenoid it shorted the speed sensors causing them to stop working hence why the truck isn’t shifting into the higher gears, or even the oil pressure sensor for the transmission.

Yes, these are all possible, but since they are ratio codes, I would do the speed sensor first. Does the transmission slip at all when it was working?

No, it wasn’t slipping, when it first had issues after putting in the new part it was saying incorrect gear ratio for 4th and 5th gear and now it saying it for 3rd and 4th gear, it acts like it goes into neutral when you get to 3rd gear, unless you go from 0-60 at high rpm’s then it will shift to 3rd but won’t shift to 4th but then if you take your foot off the gas it drops 3rd and acts like it’s in neutral again, when I originally opened the trans the fluid was clean and good still, and there were no metal shavings in the pan at all.

Yep, I would try the sensor and if that doesn't help you have a defective solenoid pack.

I replaced the speed sensors and that didn’t fix it, I just replaced the solenoid pack and I’m still having P0733 and now I’m getting a P0750, I’m a little lost at this point and I’m unsure what to do.

Code P0750 in the context of a 2005 Dodge truck refers to a problem with the "Shift Solenoid A" So are these rebuilt part or used? You may have a bad PCM. Lets check the wiring between the PCM and transmission. This guide will help and if the wiring checks out I would replace the PCM, I marked the ground to be checked as well, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay.
