Transmission Replaced, vehicle not shifting gear, code: P1722-vehicle speed signal?

This vehicle started slow movement when engage gear and depressed the throttle pedal, later the transmission was replaced but problem still exist, then when I came to diagnose it, there was abnormal communication with TCM, I tried it many times and it fails to communicate. Please I need TC.

Yep, first check all fuses to make sure the modules have power, here is a guide to help and I have included the TCM wiring diagrams below. The TCM gets it power from fuse # 38 form the under-hood fuse panel. I do see more power for the TCM is from the IPDM which can go out causing the other communication errors as well FYI.

I have checked for power at TCM and there's power I.e. I used test lamp to check for Battery Voltage and it illuminates brightly, I check ignition voltage with ignition on and the test lamp illuminates.
So, I also need the Communication Diagram to trace the communication between ECM and TCM.
